Responsibilities

• Provide general IT and other technical support to end users
• Assist to install software and fixed ad-hoc technical problems
• Perform other administrative, emergency support and ad-hoc HR projects assigned when required by superior

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in computer science or related discipline
• At least 1-year working experience in helpdesk / providing internal IT support, FRESH GRADUATE will also be considered
• Strong troubleshooting skill
• Good knowledge of MS applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferable
