Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work.
• Perform user and network support, experience in hardware and software installation
• Handle IT documentation and reporting
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
• 7/24 standby support is needed

Qualifications

• Preferably Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant IT experience
• Work independent, analytical, good problem-solving skills, and must be able to cope with tight project schedule
• Excellent skills in MS Office application such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Programme Launguage (SQL) and Oracle Siebel has advantage
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
