Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to end users (On-site work may require)
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Carry out daily maintenance task
• Maintain IT equipment and software inventory
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
• Fresh graduate/ candidate with less experience will also be considered
• Strong analysis and problem solving skill
• Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location

• San Po Kong (with free shuttle to Diamond Hill MTR station)
