Its wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd., is introducing the quality services TA-Q-BIN and logistics solutions to the local communities. The Company is looking to recruit qualified and high calibre candidates who wish to develop their career in the industry for the following position:

Responsibilities
Provide first level technical support to end users (On-site work may require)
Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
Carry out daily maintenance task
Maintain IT equipment and software inventory
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related discipline
1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
Fresh graduate/ candidate with less experience will also be considered
Strong analysis and problem solving skill
Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location
San Po Kong (with free shuttle to Diamond Hill MTR station)
