The role is part of Global HR Operations and Solutions function and reports into International Payroll team which is part of the Global Payroll and Time team.
The role is working with the monthly payroll processes for international assignees and the related annual tax return process. The International Payroll team is the link between Global Mobility, EY and local payroll vendors to deliver, validate and trouble shoot payroll for employees on international assignment. We are now looking for a junior employee to team to support with administration, with potential to learn and grow into senior role.
Typical Accountabilities
The IA Payroll Analyst provides effective HR service delivery for global payroll processes through the following:
- Collect compensation data from countries on request from EY to support tax filing process
- Validate compensation data sent in from countries, correct dates, employees and data
- Manage variation process for all countries
- Review compensation differences reported from EY
- Compare gaps between reports and understand difference
- Reach out to countries to get explanations regarding differences
- Support data validation
- Support with improvements and simplifications
- Create and maintain dashboard for tickets
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Service minded
- Experience of managing and maintaining complex data sets.
- Background in a transactional service environment
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work independently/virtually as well as in a team environment.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Desireable
- Knowledge of global payroll including tax and social security
- Knowledge of Global Mobility policy and processes (both AZ specific and more general)
