Job Description
Responsibilities:
1 Draft, translate and compile various documents in Spanish and English.
2 Assist with coordination and communication among the departments of the firm.
3 Conduct legal research and compile collected information.
4 Assist Spanish partner managing foreign clients and cooperate with lawyers in doing so.
5 Complete other tasks as reasonably designate by the partners.
6 Manage from start to end some projects and clients.
Requirements:
1 Native Spanish speaking students or graduate majored in law. Bachelor degree or above preferred.
2 Fluent English writing and speaking is required.
3 Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects at the same time.
4 Teamwork spirit, high initiative, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility and fast learner.
5 Part time job, 5 days a week during the afternoons.
