Job description:

• The junior legal counsel-Asia Pacific provides legal support to the multiple organizations and ST entities in the Asia Pacific region (excluding China).
• The support includes the drafting and reviewing of contracts and other documentation regarding the purchase of goods and services, the procurement and lease of equipment, and on occasion sales contracts. The goals of such review activity is to maximize ST’s interest while reducing risk.
• The junior legal counsel-Asia Pacific must coordinate his/her activity with other organizations of ST, such as the purchasing department and the finance department, as well as with the rest of the ST Legal & IP organization.

Job requirement:

• Above Bachelor degree , majored in legal is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Be willing to work in Singapore temporally (about 6- 12 months)
