Key Responsibilities: Providing support and administrative efficiency for the insurance and IP function. The person will take care of day-to-day activities for the continuous development of the Company’s IP and insurance program, including participating in defined research and analysis tasks, (partial) claim handling, drafting/review of agreements and supporting the Legal department in communicating with/reporting to internal and external parties (brokers, insurers, agents). Maintains current summaries of insurance from brokers, distributing internally as appropriate.
- Assists with the preparation of insurance coverage specifications
- Assists in developing and executing renewal timelines working closely with broker and insurer partners.
- Maintains annual insurance renewal calendar as needed and assist with completing applications for renewals.
- Interfaces with insurer and brokerage personnel on questions arising out of the applications / renewals.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for the Company
- Verifies receipt and accuracy of policies, endorsements and all other coverage documentation within established specifications.
- Tracks and monitors, corrections and necessary changes by brokers / insurers.
- Reviews premium invoices for accuracy and providing such to Finance for processing via wire transfer or accounts payable system.
- Conducts trademark survey, handles various trademark works including trademark application, opposition and appeal with the support of trademark agency.
- Maintains trademark profiles of the Company.
- Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as assigned/required.

Key Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor in law.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience practicing in legal or trademarks;
- Knowledge of insurance policy applications and related matters;
- Knowledge of how risks can arise in the business sector;
- Excellent command of English (both written and oral);
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems;
- Good reading and reviewing ability in order to review voluminous documents in brief period of time;
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Result oriented, responsible and well organized with good inter-personal skills.
