• Providing day-to-day legal support and legal advice to commercial business and corporate function on matters related to commercial deals, marketing proposal, regulatory matter, industry regulation, IPR, litigation, employment; Advising on legal risks in line with group policies and guidelines
• 为商业业务和公司运营提供日常法律支持和咨询，如商业交易、营销方案、监管事宜、行业监管、知识产权、诉讼、聘用等方面的企业事务；提供对符合公司政策和指导方针业务的法律风险咨询。
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and legal documents
• 对商业协议和法律文件展开审查、起草和谈判工作。
• Supporting industry regulation and corporate compliance check, review and assessment to make sure a solid implementation of regulation & compliance policies, and monitor the effectiveness of regulation & compliance control in China entities (WFOE, JV); Keeping abreast of new statutes and cases and updating management and staff on the changes of regular industry regulation and corporate compliance; Performing research and Advising solution
• 提供行业监管和公司合规性检查、审查和评估方面的支持，确保公司细则及合规政策的扎实实施，监督中国区实体（WFOE, JV）规章制度及合规性控制的有效性；及时了解新法规和案件发展动态，根据行业常规监管及公司合规性变化更新管理层和员工事宜；执行研究并提供咨询解决方案。
• Taking in charge compliance tools/ programs
• 负责合规性工具/程序事宜
• Liaising with regulatory officials and Performing regulatory reporting and documenting, and Handling requests and matters from regulatory authorities or internal clients
• 与监管官员联络并制作监管报告和文档；处理来自监管机构或内部顾客的请求和问题

Requirements岗位要求:

• 3 years experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in China (at least 1 year of MNC in-house practice)
• 3年以上国内律师或企业咨询经验（至少1年跨国企业经验）
• Compliance skill in FCPA, UK Bribery Act and China anti-bribery statutes is desirable
• Knowledge of Competition law is desirable
• 了解并熟知FCPA相关合规技能、英国反贿赂法和中国反贿赂法规
• 了解竞争法相关知识更佳
• Exposure to medical instruments or medicine industry or consumer products or retail business is desirable
• 曾从事医疗器械、医药行业、快消或零售业务为佳
• Knowledge of foreign jurisdictions
• 具备外国司法管辖区知识
