• Planning of logistics processes
• Plan and optimize inbound processes, Intralogistics processes and outbound processes
• Review existing logistics operations for continuous improvement
• Plan concepts for optimizations and implement into reality
• Improve and stabilize new logistics concepts such as line supply via automatic guided vehicles (AGV)
• Implementation of the project “RFID@Jawor"
• Qualification of new employees and process improvement
• Introduce and train new employees,
• Create training documentation for new employees
• Do continuous improvement (CIP)
• Education: Vocational Training of 2-3 years or higher (University degree) preferably with logistical background
• Experience: Trainee experience. Preferable with logistical or automotive background
• Language knowledge: Polish and communicative German or English is preferred
• Computer skills: SAP, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• Self-reliance, results orientation, ability to work in a team and in an autonomous way
• Willingness for business travels to Germany during ramp up
• Experience in greenfield is not required but “nice-to-have”
• Proactive nature, highly motivated, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
