- Controlling of inbound transports.
- Monitor the platform of transports (IBL), controlling and improvement process of transport data (VDA4921).
- Checking the correctness of completed transports.
- Contact with the cross dock supplying the factory in Jawor, Cross Dock management, contact with external service provider.
- Cooperation with forwarders.
- Ordering of special transports.
- Close cooperation with administrators.
- Coordination of steering of time slots using Syncro Supply.
- Cooperation with accounting in the field of transport settlements
- Freight clearing – solving transport payments issues.
- Implementation of new transport relations (specification books).
- Qualification of new employees and process improvement.
- Introduce and train new employees.
- Create training documentation for new employees.
- Do continuous improvement (CIP).
- Education: Vocational Training of 2-3 years or higher (University degree) preferably with logistical background.
- Experience: Trainee experience. Preferable with logistical or automotive background.
- Language knowledge: Polish and communicative German or English is preferred.
- Computer skills: SAP, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
- Self-reliance, results orientation, ability to work in a team and in an autonomous way.
- Willingness for business travels to Germany during ramp up.
- Experience in greenfield is not required but “nice-to-have”.
- Proactive nature, highly motivated, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
