We are currently looking for German and English speaker for a position of Junior Logistics Specialist with focus on global freight clearing to join our team of Regional Service Tower in Smart Infrastructure division. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for checking and release invoices for transport – inbound and outbound globally - based on rate cards. What are my responsibilities? Invoice processing and account assignment in dedicated tools Freia and Webcycle, Basic usage of SAP for looking up purchase orders and deliveries, Tariff check of invoices according to rate cards, Day-to-day contact with Accounting & Business Partners, Claim management to forwarders on invoice deviations, Internal Reporting for freight clearing What do I need to qualify for this job? Good written and verbal communication in German and English (both min. B2 level), High analytical skills, patience, and attention to details, Good MS Excel know-how, Basic knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) will be a plus, Ability to work in a team, Good communication and customer service skills, Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks, Background in logistics and/or controlling would be an asset.
