Junior Marketing Professional (Trainee) This is a twelve (12) months training programme to gain experience in Marketing Operations. What are the responsibilities for the role? (What does the programme involve?) Ensure efficient execution of all CS and Business Management Processes Analysis and preparation of service contract for new, renewals and tenders Customer base analysis Service portfolio, offerings, and pricing Contract management which informs decision making related to invoicing, daily operations, applications support and manpower planning. Driving market and customer-oriented service marketing operations strategies and offerings Promotion of value-added services such as: Customized service agreements, enhanced productivity services, SRS, Healthineers Guardian Program etc. Ensure smooth and efficient communication between Sales and CS teams, technical and administration. Project management: Taking lead on business improvement projects Build and maintain contract database and reports Assist with additional ad-hoc requests.
