JOB SUMMARY:

This is the position of Junior mechanical engineer with responsibility for designing and supporting products. This person would work with senior mechanical engineer to make contributions on assignments, some having complex features, and may work on a smaller sized engineering project. He or she would perform work which requires application of junior mechanical engineering skills to independently perform assignments with instructions on clear and specified objectives specific duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

1.Takes responsibility for mechanical engineering assignments from DTD PM or RD manager

2.Assignments could involve coordination with all engineering disciplines including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering

3.Manage ECM from solution concept to implementation

4.Manage some simple C2C light project which assigned by RD manager

5.Support production and Quality about some critical issue analysis from RD view

6.Work with RD core team and global function team to update new solution and release to production in CREM process

7.Manage DTD temporary taskes which assigned by DTD Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1.Junior college or above in Mechanical Engineering or Mold Design.

2.More than 1 year experience in Solidworks.

3.More than 1 year experience in project management

4.More than 2 year working experience in manufacturing field

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

1 Professional in 3D software Solidworks

2 Good at operate Excel, Word,PPT MS office tool

3 With knowledge about basic packaging, plastic ,metal ,mold designing and their manufacturing process

4 English reading and writing is a must, proficiency speaking will be a plus.

5 Good communication skills inside and outside

6 Project management knowlage for time,quality ,cost.
