Job responsibility:

1. Following up with factories on development samples and bulk production. Guiding the factories on the samples modifications base on the feedback from the headquarter

2. Negotiating with the vendors for the quotation;

3. Monitoring the mass production schedule, controlling every step, and ensure finished goods shipped on time in correct shipping mode;

4. Be responsible for all issues related to the product and technical support to the factories;

5. Sourcing raw materials and new factories / product to meet company's objectives.

6. Assisting team members to communicate smoothly with other departments.

Candidates requirements

1. At least 5 years’ working experience as merchandiser in Furniture industry. Working for furniture buying office is a plus.

2. Be familiar with system in procedural and request.

3. Be able to work independently, carefully and conscientiously

4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

5. Be able to work under pressure. Motivation, dynamism and autonomy on work are necessary and strength.

6. ENGLISH : Speak, Read, Write fluently

7. Willing to travel when needed.
