MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1. Responsible for the whole merchandising process according to company requirements;

2. Maintain communication with suppliers, coordinate and solve problems in production;

3. Prepare documentary reports to ensure familiarity with documentary details;

4. Be able to find problems in time and seek optimal solutions through timely and effective internal communication

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

1.Bachelordegreeorabove,fabricandclothingrelatedmajorispreferred;

2.GoodcommunicationskillsinwrittenandspokenEnglish,atleastCET-6;

3.Familiarwithfactoryproductionprocess,morethan1yearsofworkingexperienceingarment

andfabricindustry,includingmorethan1yearsofmerchandisingexperience.

Workingexperienceinmenswearandmenswearfabricswillbeanadvantage

4.Carefulandmeticulous,confident,goal-oriented,stable,independentanalysisandproblem

solvingability,strongcommunicationandcoordinationskillsandnegotiationskills

主要职责

1、根据公司要求熟练负责整个跟单流程；

2、与供应商保持沟通，协调解决生产中出现的问题；

3、准备跟单报告以确保熟知跟单细节；

4、能及时发现问题，并通过及时有效地内部沟通寻求最优的解决方法

资质要求

1、本科学历以上，面料服装类专业优先；

2、良好的英文书写及口语交际能力，至少达到6级水平；

3、熟悉工厂生产流程，1年以上服装、面料行业的工作经验，其中2年以上的跟单经

验。有男装及男装面料的工作经验将会优先考虑

4、做事认真细致，自信，目标明确，稳定，有独立分析和解决问题的能力，具有较强

的沟通协调能力和谈判技巧
