Minimal supervision; Works independently but with good communication with the entire SDDSZ & Spectrum/Tovolo product development team

(5) Exceptional Customer Service Skills – proven ability to deal effectively with coworkers, vendors and customers

Duties & Responsibilities:

(1)Passionate focus on exceptional customer service delivered to Spectrum/Tovolo home office: efficient and fast response to daily U.S. Office & Vendor communications to include inquiries on new item quotations, sample requests, project/production management of current orders.

(2) Daily follow up on reorders, reorder packaging follow up, production monitoring and logistics.

(3) Translate factory direct communication and documents between English and Chinese

(4) Take initiative to learn and become an expert in unfamiliar categories.

(5) Proactive action taken to understand associated production processes for Spectrum/Tovolo product.

(6)Personal accountability taken for continuous quality improvement of product to include proactive suggestions to factory and follow up to ensure running change is made.

(7)Maintain relationships, troubleshoot and resolve issues and conduct final negotiations with significant suppliers as necessary

(8) Maintain High levels of professionalism when interacting with peers as well as vendors
