Merchandiser 外贸跟单员

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and merchandising of gifts, premiums, household items, IT/smartphone/tablet accessories products including factory visit and factory pre-audit

• Handle product sourcing, supplier evaluation and price negotiation

• Follow up sample development and order processing to ensure timely delivery of products

• Follow up overseas orders from product requirements, cost negotiation, product sampling, production quality and inspection follow-up, to shipment tracking

• Work closely with internal departments including overseas offices

• Develop new programs/products with factories

• Resolve product & production issues

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder
• 1-4 years merchandising/ sourcing experience in gifts, premiums, IT /smartphone /tablet accessories and household appliances .

• Good product knowledge with good sourcing network

• Familiar with some technical knowledge of product range of IT and consumer electronics

• Familiar with the testing standard of UK and Europe for the product range mentioned above
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, self-motivated, good team player, independent, and good problem solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Well organizational skills with ability to multi-task

• Immediate availability is preferred
