The Warehouse is New Zealand’s largest General Merchandise Retailer with an outsourcing office based in Shanghai. Due to our fast expansion, we are now looking for high calibre candidates to join our team in Shanghai.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for merchandising brand/computer spares/smart watch/camera. Salary negotiable in person.

Duties:

1. Own daily communication with buyer / supplier

2. Order processing (pre-sample/sampling/CP monitoring)

3. Sample review & Spec review (pre-sampling management pre check sample, L/D, S/O before sending out

4. Deal with QA/QC related issues,communicate with QA team for prduct/factory

5. Monitor and check production status

6. Running team huddles

7. Claim processing in consultation with senior merchandiser and Merchandising Manager

8. Take part in PAR meetings with buyers

9. Quarterly Factory visits

10. work with design team for product/package/art work ect. comfirmation

11. work wirh operation team for shipping,new supplier on-board process CBX system

Requirements:

1. College degree and above, majored in English/International trade

2. At least 3 years working experience in buying office/trade company.

3. Familiar with the whole procedure of the production including sourcing, pricing and factory evaluation

4. Good English communication skills. Be very organized, responsible and proactive

5. Good at both oral and written English.CET-6 is a must.

6. A good team member, honest, hardworking; willing to be overtime.
