This is a Hong Kong IT professional service and post-sales role. The role is to work with local and regional business entity, to perform implementation, IT solutions support, maintenance, and enhancement activities including security, IT system and networking.

Description

Provide user implementation and support on issues relating the IT network and security system.
Work closely with both internal and external parties to deliver relevant professional service and post-sales support to the business.
Willing to learn and taking IT certification. 

Education and Experience Required:

• Perform technical professional services such as installation and projectmanagement mainly on the CISCO products
• Trouble shoot and resolve any technical issues
• Require to be on standby for 24 x 7 duties
• Monitor status of jobs assigned and ensure that jobs are closed in timely manner
• Attend and undertake any other job duties as and when assigned by Superiorfrom time to time

The Person must:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree qualification
• Have least 1 year experience working with the any of the following products:
  • Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewall/Ironport
• Cisco Certified (CCNA/CCNP) will be an added advantage.
• Able to handle Cisco/Juniper related project installation independently
• Requires to perform 24x7 Standby Duties
• Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
• Work well within a team environment
• Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
• Possess go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
• Fresh Entry from Information Technology are welcome
