Siemens is looking for a figure for Service Spare Parts, to be hired with an apprenticeship contract, for its site in Milan. She / He will have to deal with customer management regarding spare parts offers of the DI products related to the following factory automation products: motors, drives and the related order management. What will you handle in the short term? Understand the customer's request and, when necessary, request further information in order to be able to give a correct answer. Issue offers using our IT systems and possibly relate to our internal technical service and our Headquarter Collaborate with our sales force by providing a broad view of current offers and opportunities Analyze the orders received, check and forward them to the logistics for processing, while maintaining the customer's management responsibility. And what about the medium-long term? You will have the opportunity to become the reference person for a specific customer area withing SRR Who are we looking for? A candidate with the following skills: Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken Ability to work in team, diplomacy, and quality in interpersonal relationships. Strong orientation to reach targets, self initiative and autonomy. Good problem solving skills.. Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 package. What can we further offer?
