Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a robust control and governance framework
• Negotiate and manage the service level agreements with central administrators and valuation agents
• Monitor and assess key controls applied to each central administrator delegated party during the ongoing due diligence process identification and investigation of negative trends, exceptions or new risks occurring within the delegated functions
• Perform the initial due diligence review before delegating any functions under the responsibility of the management company to external parties
• Perform periodic service review with the central administrators and valuation agents
• Collect, review and control the reports / documentations received from the Central Administrators
• Perform day to day controls on fund accounting, transfer agent operations and valuations
• Collect and analyze valuation reports received from the valuation agents
• Review the valuation metrics inputs, models and reports and analyzing the key value drivers
• Assist the valuation committee on ad-hoc tasks
• Work with various stakeholders including senior management, audit, and other intermediaries
• Report to the Head of Department and Management Committee on the results of the monitoring done on delegates and service providers
