The Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division of Eaton’s Aerospace Group is currently seeking a Junior Planner located at the Euclid, Ohio facility. Sponsorship is not available! Position Overview: The Junior Planner is responsible for supporting assembly within the planning and scheduling of bearing cell, test and ship bench. Additionally, this person will be responsible for all portal activity, including printing necessary portal documents and print pack slips. This person will act as the liaison between MRO and OEM planning, assembly, shipping and customer service to streamline the processes between testing, planning, and shipping and improve efficiency around planning and delivery. In this function you will: Plan and schedule test for OEM and MRO demand Plan Bearing Cell Stock pump and bearings, print pack slips for OEM pumps Customer portal alignment and creation of ASN, labels and all necessary shipping documents Plan and schedule ship bench requirements on daily basis to meet OTD and delivery Liaison with demand planning, master scheduler and operations to ensure OEM and MRO sales demand and goals are met monthly Analysis of test stand capabilities in regard to capacity and test flexibility Daily management of ship plan report while creating and scheduling the ship plan Open orders maintenance Maintain and improve operations dashboard and power BI support Coordination with dock shipments, pack slip correction, c of c correction, etc When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Associates Degree in a business related field from an accredited institution OR one (1) year of Supply Chain experience This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic. Understanding of Materials Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control.
