The opportunity:

The Savings and Investment team is responsible for the processing and administration of member’s policies, including contributions, redemptions, claims, account alterations, and transaction statements. In this role, you will support the team in the administration of Benefit Payment processing, rollover processing and collating exit documentation for members. This is a 6-month contract and we are accepting applications from Sydney.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Process Benefit Payment redemption requests across a range of products and systems

  • Ensure that all customers’ requests are actioned within service levels and within agreed quality and efficiency benchmarks

  • Support with the collating of documentation, physically sorting collating exit paperwork, ensuring that this is done with attention to detail and care to ensure no data breaches occur

  • Produce quality correspondence across a range of products, in accordance with all compliance, legislative and procedural requirements

  • Work from the perspective of the customer/client

  • Consistently display behaviours that encourage collaborative working relationships and a strong performance culture.

  • Pro-active development of skills to perform current duties competently and for future career progression

  • Ensure that all customers’ requests are actioned within service levels and within agreed quality and efficiency benchmarks
