To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Eaton Electric Sp. z o.o has opening for : JUNIOR PRODUCT SPECIALIST – POWER QUALITY Location: Warsaw Manage products through the entire life cycle starting form a product introduction to the phase-out of the products and replacement with the new products; Technical expertise in supported products; Competitive analysis of supported product ranges; Market gap & product fit analysis; Ensure product margins and profitability, support with specific price requirements, support for local sales targets realisation; High involvement in market intelligence projects for the relevant products in cooperation with the Market intelligence, EMEA pricing and relevant BU teams; Develop and execute an action plan in cooperation with the local sales team to grow product sales (target specific customers, markets, channel, value prop); Content validation and creation in cooperation with marcom (web content including SEO, marketing collaterals, videos, articles, web content, emails, social media etc); Develop and support execution of product promotions and incentives; Prepare for and participate in customer & channel events (key-note speeches, presentations & technical product support); Sales and partner enablement: validation, creation and delivery of technical trainings to sales teams, partners and customers; Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor/master’s degree of Technical University; Experience on similar position and Polish market; Experience in launching new products; Solid understanding of marketing basics is an advantage; Fluent knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat programs; Effective communication, evaluation and problem-solving skills, continuous learning skills, open and proactive team player; Fluency in Polish and English; Driving license cat.
