About The Role:
We are seeking a new colleague with solid experience in the localization industry who would manage projects delivery in line with client agreement - on time, in the required quality, within budget, and with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness.
Our headquarters is located in Brno, Czech Republic, but your team would be international, so we are open to having you working remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Support team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals, including quotas.
• Create project plans and schedules based on the client's requirements
• Apply appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing
• Allocate required project resources (people, tools, hardware, software, partners, etc.)
• Prepare and completes project-specific education, coaching
• Create and control project budgets, do cost tracking, issue Purchase Orders and Invoices, approve work reports
• Organize, assign, measure and monitor work of your project team members.
• Update, prepare regular reports and provide feedback to the client, Direct Manager and peers about progress/forecast of project team's work, status of agreed KPIs, escalation of issues and support needed from management
• Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction with your team's results and take improvement actions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience from the localization industry (at least 2 years) is necessary.
• Previous experience with managing or coordinating a small team
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of various localization tools is a plus
• High level of English proficiency (C1 level)
• Responsible, reliable, and independent personality
