Job Purpose / Overview

 

Currently there are Cross Segment projects in the company, accordingly, it is necessary to maintain the health of the projects avoiding impacts on time, scope, and costs.

It is important that you support to ensure the continuity and correct execution of the projects, in turn, facilitate the accelerated delivery process of the deliveries and improve the service. In advance, discover inconsistencies in the time and scope of the projects, generate suggested action plans, monitor tasks and pending tasks that are opened by the projects, ensuring that the committed dates are full it completed.

 

What are we looking for?

 

Knowledge/Experience

 

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor or engineer and experience to handle projects minimums 2 years experiences.
• English advance speaking, writing and listening

Knowledge / Skills.

• Ability to analyze, track tasks, milestones and pending.
• Software: advance knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint, Visio (desirable) and Microsoft Project (desirable)

Suggested methodology

• Agile - Scrum & PMBOK (desirable)

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

 

• Monitoring of the progress of pending projects
• Monitoring of tasks and milestones to ensure the fulfillment of projects.
• Coordinate the sessions and make the agreements according to the main reason to achieve the objectives.
• Presentations of status of weekly progress meetings.
• Balancing the performance and work-life balance of the PMO
• There are different tracks with different managers who must monitor the progress of the pending and manage to cover the points assigned to the various stakeholders of the projects
• Monitor milestones in such a way as to avoid risks or impacts to the business.
• Announce in advance the issues that require decision making.
• Control the resources assigned to the project in order to meet the objectives set.
• Ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve the project objectives and at the same time balance the constraints that the project team will inevitably encounter along the way.
