Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! We are looking for a dynamic Junior Project Manager (f/m/d) to be responsible for the scheduling, planning, monitoring, and control of projects in Poland to assure project accuracy and quality. Planning Engineer is responsible for the monitoring and control disciplines of active projects, as well as establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress. You will report directly to the Head of Projects in your country. To be a successful planning engineer, you must be able to work on multidisciplinary projects and have great communication and presentation skills. What are my responsibilities? Take the lead in preparing schedule for ongoing contracts, proposals or contract negotiations and ensures that the correct scope of work is reflected in the assigned schedules. Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences. Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan. Establishes and implements methods for determining activity durations. Develops monitoring statistics (eg: S-curve) for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties. Reviews schedule data, identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logics to interface between assigned disciplines, specialties and/or projects. Develops project specific work breakdown structures and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned. Determines critical-path activities and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements Identifies, analyzes and monitors schedule deviations including both internal and subcontractor activities and recommends remedial action for consideration. Develops and frames schedule commentary that appears in the weekly/monthly progress report and/or similar reports. Identifies and reports activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule. Prepares and presents the Critical Items Action Report. Prepare and present weekly project dashboards to the Head of Projects. Contribute to the improvement of existing planning and progress monitoring systems. Ensure project controls are established and maintained on all projects. Review of contractor programs in accordance with the contract Prepare Extension of Time claims. Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims from sub-contractor. Ensure all key issues are communicated effectively to Head of Projects and PM’s. Assist with the preparation and review of future bids Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring, and reviewing contractor construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures. Participating in contract administration Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 4- 5 years' field and project planning experience. Excellent experience in MS Projects//Primavera/Jira/Asana Experience in Primavera/Jira/Asana will be appreciated Previous experience of handling multiple discipline MEP projects is mandatory. Excellent MS Office and dashboard skills Excellent computer literacy. The ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices. We have quite a lot to offer you...
