For Siemens, we are currently looking for German and English speaker for a position of Junior Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our central Supply Chain - Logistics function of Smart Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the Implementation global logistics cost reporting tool. This Performance project covers a wide scope of smart infrastructure Organization all the world. In the context of digitalization, this performance project ensures the transparency of SI’s global logistics cost. The junior Project Manager is the interface to the stakeholders’ and supports the Project Manager. Your new field of activity is future-oriented. What are my responsibilities? You are responsible for the implementation of a global logistics cost reporting tool in Smart Infrastructure. • You act independently and are fully responsible for the identification and analysis of business-specific processes, coordinated with the local stakeholders and the project team. • You are the interface between the local stakeholders, the logistics units and IT managers. • You support the project manager and IT with the front-end design of the application. • You are responsible for the consistency of the data in the backend and frond-end in close coordination with the local partners onsite. • You identify process changes in close coordination with the local stakeholders, e.g., in the case of restructuring, and control process improvements independently. • You organize and moderate project meetings and kick-off events globally with the units in scope. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bachelor's degree in finance and controlling preferred • Controlling experience, in particular experience with cost center controlling, controlling for logistics / factory controlling. • Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) and background in logistics will be a plus • Good written and verbal communication in English, German skills would be appreciated • Analytical thinking • Ability to work in a global team / intercultural communication skills. • Open-minded and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
