An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Junior Property Manager to join our Brisbane Residences Team on a 9 month Maternity Contract.

This position is ideal for a Property Management Assistant looking to take the next step in their career and receive hands on experience and preparing your for a Property Manager role in future.  

Your new role will see you working alongside the Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of refurbished apartments at our latest residential building, Mantra on Edward.

 All trust accounting is completed by our Corporate Office team  and you will receive Leasing and Administration support locally.

 The position is Monday – Friday, no public holidays or weekends, with flexible start/ finish times for the right candidate. A company mobile phone is provided.

 Duties include:

•Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties including but not limited to Lease administration, Maintenance, Routine Inspections, Entry and Exit Condition Reports.

•Carry out all duties relating to Residences as per the QLD legislative guidelines

•Efficient liaison with unit owners, tenants, property teams and Accor Apartments & Leases department.

•Ensure profitability and number of properties under management is maximised at all times

What we need from you:

•A positive attitude and fresh ideas

•A natural ability to problem solve and multi task in what is often a fast paced environment

•A real estate license 

•A minimum 1 year Property Management experience

•Experience using Console Cloud, Snug  and Realworks will be highly regarded

•Hotel Operations / experience will also be highly regarded
