Job Description: Siemens Government Technologies’ (SGT) IT organization is looking for a highly motivated RPA developer to join the team as part of SGT’s commitment to Automation and Digital transformation. The Junior RPA developer position will work with cross functional teams to optimize business processes and accelerate digital transformation through UiPath RPA automation. Job Responsibilities: •Ability to work with the business to ensure that processes are well understood, and detailed specifications are appropriately captured to allow proper workflow/bot design •Capability to help business process owners review and refine their processes to streamline processes through automation. •Develop and document the design of the automated workflow/bot •Periodically reviews developed workflows/bots and ensures compliance with the solution design and with the development standards •Provides support for environment setup, software installation, testing and maintenance •Develops RPA workflows/bots following development standards and best practices •Performs iterative testing during workflow/bot development •Identifies exceptions and communicates them to the business process/bot owners •Assists with the production deployment and provides support in solving potential issues and bugs identified during implementation phase •Aids and bug fixing for the deployed automated process, during stabilization phase •Provides training to new users as needed Required Skills / Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems or in a relevant field •UiPath Developer Certification preferred •1-2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UiPath •Minimum 1-2 years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, PowerShell, ETL etc.) with a specific focus on developing bots •Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design, and implementation •Experience in software design/development and database architecture Security Clearance Requirement: Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance Organization: Country Functions & Departments Company: Siemens Government Technologies, Inc.
