As part of our continued expansion we are looking for a junior sales executive to join our team. The sales executive is the face of our organization and must represent our company in a good light. He or she is responsible to gather leads, consult clients and make sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create leads through networking events, cold calls, office visits, personal networks, etc.
- Consult, negotiate, make demonstrations and sell to leads so as to maximize profitability for the company and satisfaction for the client.
- Identify the needs of potentials and make product recommendations accordingly.
- Deal with client issues on an ongoing basis (customer care)
- Keep track of our own leads, potentials and accounts with our CRM software.

Requirements:
- Two years of work experience
- Both locals and foreigners will be considered
- You must currently be located in Shanghai
- A passion for coffee and coffee products
- An internationally recognized higher education certificate in a relevant field (such as a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, etc.)
- A socially outgoing character with no qualms to approach and talk to people
- Excellent time-planning skills
- A goal oriented mind-set with the ability to achieve set targets
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to use Excel, Word and PC computers

Base salary of 4k - 8k depending on experience + commission
