We are looking for a student aspiring for an early career in the sales team within the IT industry. The person will work closely with Russian Sales Team and will be based in our Bucharest HQ. The Junior Sales Operation will be supporting channel team on daily operations: deal registrations management, price requests approvals, data analysis, internal communications with sales teams and support functions, external communications with distributors and resellers on request details. It is critical for this position to be on-line and on the phone within business hours to ensure fast response time for all external and internal requests. Job responsibilities • Processing Deal Registration requests from partners, interlocking with internal sales teams to get necessary approvals as well as with partners to clarify request context whenever needed. • Reviewing price request, communicating with sales representatives for input information and guidelines on processing. • Working with internal reports to provide detailed information on specific transaction when requested by internal sales teams or external parties. • Creation and validation sales-related reports (Excel). • Supporting of business partners on issues with deal registration and pricing systems. #### Position Requirements: • Fluent Russian language. • At least upper-intermediate English (ability to speak and write on business related topics). • Advanced Excel skills (at least pivot tables, filters, vlookups, basic formulas). • Data analysis skills (ability to get, process, combine, interpret and present information from various sources). • Time management skills. • Working hours 9:00-18:00 Bucharest time What We Will Offer: \- An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies. \- A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home. \- An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity. \- Attractive compensation package.
