We are super excited to bring to you the role of (Junior) Service Delivery Specialist within our Digital Team so if you’re looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:
•    Cooperation with internal and external Teams to provide best quality of services
•    Delivering services to our customers at expected quality – following SLA and KPI
•    Participation in service live cycle management
•    Support in service delivery reporting – implementations and delivery to internal/external Partners
•    Reviewing escalations and implements corrective and preventive actions 
•    Proposing improvement plans basing on analysis of tickets
•    Supporting Senior Service Delivery Specialist in everyday tasks

Your experience and skills include:
•    1-2 years of IT experience and technical background and willingness to develop in IT
•    Good technical IT knowledge about hardware/software will be an advantage
•    Fluent English is a must, preferably advanced Polish; German is a plus
•    Customer centric approach
•    Problem solving skills
•    Strong communication & organizational skills
•    Solution-oriented
