• Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements;

• Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost;

• Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs;

• Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction;

• Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required;

• Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR;

• Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards;

• Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor;

• Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, Safety incidents and unsafe conditions.

• Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and corporate requirements.

• Customeroriented, responsible and self-disciplined;

• Good communication skills;

• High school or technical secondary school degree or above.

• Familiar with Schindler products， at least one year experience in installation or maintenance.
