Our restaraunt, Boho Marche, there’s a Mediterranean-meets-Morocco theme to the menu, with a strong North African element, a sprinkling of Andalucian specialities and peppering of popular French classics


Step into a magical oasis, a world of fantastical floral displays and haunting Flamenco guitar music. The design conjures up a mesmerising Moroccan souk, its vibrant colours and textures, the narrow alleyways and crumbling stonework of the ancient medina, the geometric tiles of Andalucía– with just a hint of the Parisian bistro. It’s exotic, eclectic, a playful backdrop for dawn to dusk dining.

Boho Marche is now seeking a Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen.

Our Ideal Candidate:

You will have a professional and friendly personality, be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident and organised. You will have good attention to detail and a real passion for great service delivery. The Junior Sous Chef is joining us at an exciting time, due to expansion and increased demand at Boho Marche, this position is now vacant for a talented chef to join us.

The Role:

  • To assist the Head Chef/Executive Chef in minimizing payroll costs by maximising productivity and efficient scheduling of employees
  • To monitor all kitchen operation costs and take corrective action where necessary to reduce expenses in liaison with Head Chef/Executive Chef
  • To support the other Chefs in their day-to-day tasks.
  • To use, where possible, locally and seasonally available products in menus and ‘specials’.
  • To check and ensure highest quality and freshness of food/product.
  • To check with the colleague cook, when required, that meals are prepared correctly.
  • To check all fridges, mis en place at each station at beginning and end of each shift/service including quality of stocks, etc. and report to the senior chefs.
  • To check all fridges and storage areas to make sure
  • Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required as instructed by the Head Chef/Executive Head Chef
  • Proactive ordering, maintaining minimum par levels of food.
  • Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented..
