We have an opportunity for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our Immunology Commercial team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization with diverse marketing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. As the Junior Marketing Specialist, you will provide support to three distinct areas manage cross-therapeutic area marketing initiatives, provide analytic support to commercial teams, and coordinate commercial operations for the Immunology team. The incumbent will be based in Montreal and will report to the Lead, Commercial Launch Excellence. Key responsibilities Cross-therapeutic area marketing initiatives Support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Develop and manage promotional tactics and programs that support the One Immunology strategic imperatives. Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives across the immunology business units. Project manage with our marketing agencies to deliver on project timelines and tasks. Help develop commercial launch excellence materials and tools. Analytical support to commercial teams Support the commercial teams with data analysis, to elevate understanding of brand performance and insights. Develop and maintain market-specific reports to track commercial performance. Collaborate in the development of standardized key performance indicator dashboards and scorecards. Commercial operations coordination Coordinate the logistics of internal team meetings (staff, sales, and off-site). Support the development of meeting agendas. Organize post-meeting surveys. Budget tracking and consolidation. Qualifications Education / Experience required Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science or Health care. Related or equivalent field may also be considered. An interest in brand marketing / studies focused on marketing (0-2 years of experience). Key leadership competencies Ability to work in a matrix environment and achieve results within a cross-functional team. Solid communication, interpersonal and project management skills. Strong analytical skills with a capability to think strategically. Detail oriented (i.e., thorough, accurate, organized, and productive) A professional, responsible, and collaborative team player. Ability to adapt with positivity. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint. Outlook, Excel, etc.) . English and French language proficiency (oral and written).
