Role & Responsibilities 角色和职责

• Project management, need to confirm tool schedule and track the progress;项目管理，模具设计计划确认及进度追踪；

• Design new production tooling and fixtures including file collecting;新的生产模具、夹具设计及资料收集；

• Assiste senisor designer to manage and control in/outside toolmakers tooling manufacture schedule ;辅助资深模具设计师管理内/外部模具制造；

• Work with Quality and production to Implement Continuous Process Improvement projects;与品质及生产部门共同协作实施持续性工艺改善项目；

• Plan, organize and control design work relating to new or improved technical processes;计划、组织及管控新的或改进工艺流程的相关设计工作；
• Process development of new parts and debugging of process on existing parts;新产品的开发及现有零件的调试；

• Assist in diagnosis of root causes of productivity/quality issues; 协助诊断生产力/质量问题产生的原因；

• Cooperate with other departments to meet customers requirement;与其它部门协作满足客户的需求；

• All other related works assigned by senior tool engineer.上级主管交办的其它相关工作。

Quality & Background 资质和背景

• Junior college above (including Junior college) ，Major on mechanical design or tool design;大专及大专以上学历，模具设计及机械设计专业；

• More than 2 years tool design experience and familiar with AutoCAD and Inventor or UGsoftware etc. Stamping or Powder Metallurgy design is preferred;2年以上模具设计经验，熟悉CAD ,Invertor, UG软件及冲压或粉末冶金模具设计者优先；

• Honest, carefulness, logical, and have good communication skill;诚实、细心、逻辑思维能力强及良好的沟通技巧；
• Have knowledge of quality system and good computer operation, WORD，EXCEL skill; 具备良好的品质知识及办公软件操作等技能；
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently；很好沟通和交际能力，并且可以独立的工作。

• Ability to read, speak and write in English.具备英文读写说的能力。
