Full Time Junior Translator (JT0620) / Proofreader (PR0620)

• Degree / diploma in Translation, Linguistics or relevant qualifications
• Strong command of English and Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional)
• Minimum 1 year solid full time job experience in proofreading / translation for the post of Proofreader / for the post of Translator (preferably in financial / legal / medical fields)
• Mature and able to work under pressure, a good team player
• Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
• Major duties include Chinese <> English translation, editing, checking and proofreading
• Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Knowledge of CAT / TM tools (e.g. Trados, SDLX, Wordfast, etc.) will definitely an advantage
