Whether your background is in sales, business development, finance, or client relationship management, this role offers a structured pathway into a rewarding and highly respected profession.
The Opportunity
You will work directly alongside some of our top performing Area Managers and Senior Advisers, gaining hands on exposure to every aspect of wealth management while developing the skills, knowledge, and qualifications required to become a fully qualified Wealth Adviser.
Our industry leading training programme combines practical experience with internationally recognised professional qualifications, giving you the tools to build a long-term career within a global organisation.
Successful candidates who achieve their development goals and pass the required examinations will have the opportunity to progress into an advisory role, managing their own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Advisers in identifying and engaging potential new clients across China
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, digital outreach, social media, and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, follow ups, and onboarding processes
- Assist advisers with client servicing, documentation, and ongoing relationship management
- Work closely with administration, compliance, and support teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that help drive business growth and client acquisition
- Complete professional development milestones and industry recognised qualifications within your first year
What We're Looking For?
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, finance, account management, or client-facing roles
- Motivated, ambitious, and target driven mindset
- Confidence communicating by phone, video conference, and in person
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of professional work experience

Visa Requirements:
- To qualify for a China work visa, applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree and have a minimum of 2 years' professional work experience following graduation.
- Or hold a Masters Degree from a Chinese University and have graduated within 1 year
