Your benefits – Technical path: You gain a deep knowledge to challenge working activities within the booming and innovative eMobility market over the course of two years You are trained as technical specialist, product manager and customer consultant of the eMobility ecosystem You receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills You profit from your personal mentor, who supports you to successfully achieve your career steps Your main responsibilities Develop deep technical knowledge on eMobility products, software and aftersales support Provide advance technical value to the eMobility business partners during the sales activities (customers, design offices, architects, etc.) Learn on high level technology such as software platforms, charging units AC and DC, SaaS models and product integration activities Manage aftersales consultant activities as technical point of contact of customers Provide technical support to project managers during execution phases Supervise stock quantities, ensure quantity availability and work on product branding customizations based on specific market requests Develop technical know-how of regulations, market trends, technical requirements and contribute to the implementation of appropriate response strategies Live our Siemens core values by acting responsibly, achieving high performance, and bringing innovation to build balanced value Work together with our local and international colleagues for standard methodologies sharing, expertise improvement and trainings on new products/tools Ability to work with self-accountability in relation to specific individual and common targets Your qualifications You are under 29 and you have a are going to graduate in master degree in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of working experience in a field electrical frameworks or related subject area Excellent command of Italian language as well as English Strong aspiration to develop a technical path Familiarity with eMobility market as added value Strong technical understanding, creative thinking and solutions-oriented approach in a booming and fast dynamic market Technical writing knowledge and presentation abilities using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Team spirit, positive attitude, and high motivation / energy to accomplish tasks on time Advance time management and prioritization skills, including problem solving Ability to travel / driving license What can we further offer?
