Job Description
Juniour Business Development Manager - Turkish, Beijing China
Responsibilities:
1. Promote business development opportunities in Turkey.
2. Act as Sales, Business development & marketing representative for existing key
accounts.
3. Organize, manage and develop contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities.
4. Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts that are aligned with
Turkey’s revenue targets.
5. Meet new and existing clients as necessary, performing demonstrations of software
that is specifically marketed to meet the client’s business needs.
6. Be familiar with pricing and which product and service to market to which customer.
7. Develop sales strategies and, using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and
report on a weekly basis.
8. Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure smooth process of project, liaising
with both to manage issues and contacting senior management in exceptional
situations.
9. Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities consistent with the role.

Requirements:
1. Native Turkish language speaker;
2. Fluent Chinese is required; strict skill in treating long sentences in Chinese;
3. Ability to meet deadlines.
4. Diligent at work and make excellent work quality
5. Bachelor degree or above
6. Both full time (40 hours weekly) or part time can be considered
