Vos missions : L'équipe juridique de Siemens Digital Industry Software est une équipe internationale basée sur différents sites dans le monde entier, avec un siège social aux Etats-Unis. Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Juridique Europe qui est basée à Châtillon, vous êtes notre Juriste responsable de l'entité Siemens Digital Industry Software France. Vous faites donc partie intégrante de l'équipe de direction (Codir) et prenez une part active aux décisions de gouvernance de l'entité. Vous collaborez étroitement avec une équipe de juristes principalement basés en Europe. Vos principales tâches s’inscrivent dans le cadre de l'activité transactionnelle : - Vous fournissez un soutien et des conseils juridiques à l'entreprise. - Vous menez de manière autonome des négociations contractuelles avec nos clients en mettant l'accent sur les offres de cloud, les licences de logiciels et la protection des données. - Vous conseillez des projets logiciels et cloud complexes, y compris des appels d'offres publics, et les accompagnez juridiquement jusqu'à leur réalisation. - Vous fournissez un soutien juridique en matière de droit des affaires et des sociétés. - Vous réalisez des formations sur diverses questions juridiques pour nos partenaires commerciaux internes. - Vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration de notre technologie juridique existante et des outils et plateformes de partage des connaissances au sein de notre réseau juridique international. - vous êtes un contributeur individuel fort, capable de traiter des questions à haut risque, très complexes et très exposées au sein de l'entreprise. Ce CDI est basé à Châtillon (92) et est à pourvoir dès que possible Statut : cadre Vos atouts pour réussir : Vos qualifications - Vous êtes juriste, ou avocat, avez un Master 2 en droit - Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle (minimum 5 ans) en droit de la propriété intellectuelle (idéalement dans le domaine des logiciels et du cloud) et avez de solides connaissances en matière de protection des données. - Vous avez une expérience significative dans la rédaction d'accords et de modèles juridiques complexes et dans la négociation d'accords juridiques et de litiges à fort enjeu. - Vous avez une capacité avérée à fonctionner en tant que membre d'une équipe mondiale dans un environnement matriciel complexe ainsi qu'à travailler dans une équipe commerciale et juridique située à distance. - Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais au quotidien à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Votre état d'esprit - Vous êtes passionné par les technologies (IA, blockchain, edge computing, IoT) et avez un intérêt avéré pour les évolutions actuelles du marché juridique (legal tech, legal design). - Comme vous serez proche de nos partenaires commerciaux et de nos clients, vous êtes un excellent communiquant et vous aimez le travail en équipe. - Vous avez une méthode de travail structurée et orientée service, et vous savez trouver des solutions créatives, mais parfaitement conformes, dans les délais impartis. About the role The legal team of Siemens Digital Industry Software is a global team based in various locations all over the world with a headquarter in the US. As true business enablers we advise and support the software business in all legal matters with a strong focus on software and cloud transactions. We are a highly motivated and innovative team, closely connected and collaborating on a day-to-day basis. As part of the EMEA legal team, you will be the legal counsel responsible for the entity Siemens Industry Software in France and you will be part of the French management team, while also closely cooperating with a team of lawyers mainly based in Europe. Your main tasks will be within the transactional business related to Cloud and Software: · You will provide legal support and counsel to the company. You will autonomously conduct contract negotiations with our clients with a focus on cloud offerings, software licensing and data protection. You advise complex software projects, including public tenders, and accompany them legally until completion. · You will provide legal support on business & corporate law. · You will conduct trainings on various legal issues for our internal business partners. · You will contribute to the implementation and enhancement of our existing legal tech and knowledge sharing tools and platforms within our international legal network. · You will be a strong individual contributor who is capable of handling matters of high risk, high complexity and high visibility within the company. The position is located in Châtillon (near Paris – France) and is to be filled as soon as possible. We offer the possibility to work remotely up to 3 days a week. Your qualifications Your qualifications · You are licensed to practice as a lawyer in France. You have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in IP/IT law, ideally in the software and cloud area, with strong knowledge in data protection being desirable. · You have significant experience of drafting complex legal agreements and templates and negotiating high stakes legal agreements and disputes. · You have proven ability to function as a member of a global team in a complex matrix environment as well as working in a virtually located business and legal team. · You have excellent French & English skills, written and oral.
