(1) Recruit and manage the foreign staff for the school;
(2) set up and revise the English curriculum for the school;
(3) do the regular training to the leadership and the staff every two weeks;
(4) evaluate the foreign staff;
(5) help build up the international climate in the school;
(6)Assist in students’ enrollment;
(7) teach 6 periods a week on a certain subject.
