MAIN TASKS

• Training Sephora’s BA and Expert BA.
• In charge of classroom training & on stage training.
• Daily communicate with each store’s manager & Experts
• Daily checking Guerlain’s merchandising to update Guerlain’s counter image
• On stage sales and beauty class in store weekly to enhance Sephora BA’s selling skill and Guerlain’s sales

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• At least 3~4 years cosmetic experience
• Frequent travel in national field
• Training skills
• Make-up skills
• Computer skils
• College certification

KEY COMPETENCIES (CAREER ARCHITECT)

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.
• Independent and responsible working attitude.
