Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Field visit with KA sales during pre-sales and after-sales to assist on expanding the business.
  • Responsible for answering all products and technical basis inquires from the customers.
  • Response to all the products and technical inquires from sales person, Key Accounts.
  • Understand Key Account needs in terms of technical support and services and prepare proposals including products and services;
  • Keep relationship with Key Accounts technical or R&D teams.
  • Troubleshooting lubrication issues in key Accounts.
  • Provide technical trainings for sales team and Key Accounts by deeply technical communication with customers.
  • Collect the competitor and latest product specifications as the basis of enhancing our own product’s performance. Collect enough market information to related department.
  • Managing own time effectively to ensure the customers visits, technical work and report writing are carried out in efficient manner will be necessary.
  • Handle customer complaint and help customer to resolve technical problems on field.
  • Work closely with sales team, product/formula/packaging team, quality department (HSEQ), the 3rd lab to ensure successful application of Total Products.
  • Participate in company activities as technical expert, and give professional speech.
  • Understanding the automobile market and its trend and share important information with sales team to provide professional and right technical guidance to expand business.
  • Provide solution to all technical-related questions from internal colleagues and external dealers/customers.
  • Review and update technical materials periodically according to meet sales team and customers’ requirements.
  • Provide technical service to customers, such as oil analysis, lubricant audit and technical exchange.
  • Give feedback of the application of products, and suggestion for bringing/developing new products.
  • Make out the detailed technical solution material for developing Auto OEM or fleets customers according to the information come from the key accounts.
  • Complete other jobs or projects assigned by line management

Requirements
  • College degree or above
  • Strong technical or technical service or product research background
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in lubricant industry experience, chemicals or mechanical will be a plus.
  • Product and application knowledge and project management skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent service attitude, Adaptable to frequent business travels.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills.
  • Team work player, can work independently, ability to work in team within a matrix system and under great pressure.
  • Self-driven/motivated with strong desire to succeed, mature, initiative, independent.
  • Ability to learn quickly and can do attitude
  • Both Good in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and undertake business travel
