Job Purpose / Overview

 

Responsable de la ejecución de las estrategias definidas para el cliente, siendo el contacto directo con el comprador de la categoría de Mascotas. Define en conjunto con el KAM de la cuenta las estrategias de negocio que permitan asegurar el logro de resultados y alcanzar los objetivos previamente asignados, tanto los establecidos con el cliente como los internos con Effem.

Emite recomendaciones que mejoran la distribución, la disponibilidad, la exhibición y el valor en el punto de venta y se responsabiliza por su correcta implementación.

Responsable de la gestión y reportes de administración de los diferentes indicadores de la gerencia de cuenta

Knowledge/Experience

 

• Licenciatura en comercio/administración, ingeniero industrial o afin
• Preferencia de experiencia laboral en el área de ventas y/o en áreas relacionadas en negociación con los clientes
• Inglés intermedio – avanzado requerido 
• Toma de decisiones sobre presupuesto
• Capacidad y análisis numérico para transfórmalo en estrategias
• Manejo de Excel

  What would be your key responsibilities?
  Principal Accountabilities
   
• Negociación de la implementación de estrategias promocionales y de crecimiento con el cliente.
• Análisis y evaluación de información para generación de planes/actividades para la cuenta.
• Generación de planes de volumen para cobertura de cuota.
• Elaboración de estrategias para piso de ventas.
• Comunicación con áreas de influencia para la gestión de apoyos adicionales y/o planes ad-hoc para el cliente (SRM, CM, CPFR, Supply, Marketing, Planeación de la demanda, Ejecución) y otras áreas dentro del cliente.
• Administración del correcto ejercicio de los recursos (trade).
• Implementación de planes colaborativos en punto de venta.
• Colaboración con equipo de ejecución para asegurar implementación.
• Comunicación con CSR y demanda para tener disponibilidad de producto en tiempo.
