Estamos buscando KAM SR para el negocio de Wrigley. Su principal responsabilidad será  desarrollar planes de crecimiento especializados con clientes de alto impacto de facturación y complejidad (Walmart), considerando la estrategia interna, la del subcanal y la de los socios comerciales; a fin de incrementar tanto la penetración como la frecuencia de consumo de nuestras marcas en el PDV

 

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Licenciatura en Economía, Negocios, Comercio, Ing. Industrial o afines.
• Inglés Avanzado
• +3 años de experiencia en negociación con grandes clientes  y proveedores para generar planes colaborativos
• Haber desarrollado estrategias de visibilidad, portafolio, distribución y/o volumen para algún cliente o canal
• Contar con amplio expertise en análisis e interpretación de indicadores para la creación de estrategia y planeación de venta.
• Conocimiento e integración del pronóstico de venta para la toma de decisiones

¿Cuáles serían tus actividades claves?

1. Negociar volumen de compra con clientes partners o de escala de acuerdo a la matriz de SCM, para asegurar la distribución, disponibilidad y visibilidad de nuestras marcas en PDV
2. Construir planes colaborativos con el cliente para asegurar relaciones comerciales sostenibles y crecimiento conjunto en el mercado
3. Analizar información comercial, financiera y del mercado para presentar recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones en la construcción de estrategias.
4. Colaborar con distintas áreas multifuncionales para impactar positivamente en la rentabilidad tanto de las cuentas a su cargo, como del subcanal de sus clientes.
5. Administrar presupuestos de manera que logre cubrir los principales indicadores (Cuota/ S&OP/ DOH / Sellout / Servicio) para acompañar la estrategia intera
