Job Description
Role Accountabilities:
?Manage the P&L of Commercial BU
?Define & execute strategies in Commercial BU to deliver profitable growth
?Manage sales team to deliver annual sales targets
?Lead the transformation of distribution network. Execute differentiated partnership, incentive programs, pricing strategies to channel partners
?Lead the category and segment marketing management
?Manage performance and build capability of team leaders, sales force, BDMs and marketers
?Achieve breakthrough in global key accounts and distributors

?Profound experience in sales, channel and category management with proven track record

Essential Knowledge/ Experience
?Bachelors Degree, in business-related discipline
?15+ years business experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership
?Broad business / commercial acumen – understanding of market dynamics, P&L management etc.
?Experience of successfully leading change across a matrix, managing and successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships.
?Preferred: experience as a General Manager or significant experience across multiple disciplines.
