Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ¥24,000–28,000 pre-tax (with ¥800 tax)
- Leave Benefits (after 3 months of employment):- 5 days winter vacation

- Tiered annual leave (released in batches):
- 1–2 working years: 5 days
- 3–5 working years: 7 days
- 6+ working years: 10 days
